About Gray Group:
David Gray and Michelle Gray are a father and daughter team of Realtors in Burlington, Vermont who are committed to delivering real estate services with the utmost quality and integrity. David and Michelle have been working together as a team for over fifteen years and have had the pleasure of helping several hundred clients buy and sell properties in Burlington, Vermont and the surrounding towns. In 2016, Stacey Lax joined the team assisting buyers and sellers.

About Michelle Gray:
I have been living in South Burlington, Vermont for four years and have enjoyed a career in selling real estate for over fifteen years. I love sharing my knowledge of the Champlain Valley with my clients and locating the perfect property for them or assisting my client’s with selling their current home. I am experienced in all aspects of the real estate cycle and I work very hard to create a flawless real estate experience for my clients.
I am a graduate of the University of Vermont and I received my Bachelor of Arts in French. I had the pleasure of living overseas in Belgium and studied at the University of Grenoble. My knowledge of the French language has been an invaluable asset during transactions with our Northern neighbors.
I am committed to ongoing education as a facet of my real estate practice and have achieved the following designations: Accredited Buyer's Agent (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiations Specialist (CNS) and Certified New Homes Specialist.
I love Burlington, Vermont and it is important to me that I help others who live in the area achieve independent living status. I participated in Rebuilding Together Greater Burlington for over ten years and am a proud past Vice President of this organization.
In my free time I enjoy volunteering for local sporting events, and road biking in and around Chittenden and Addison County. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to see and experience our beautiful state at a slower pace.
We are proud to be members of Coldwell Banker, Hickok and Boardman Realty, and we enjoy being able to offer our clients unparalleled resources locally, nationally, and internationally. Our local office represents the largest single Coldwell Banker office in the state of Vermont and Coldwell Banker holds the record for the highest real estate sales volume in the state of Vermont. Currently, our office lists more houses than any other real estate agency in Chittenden County Vermont.
Our team values continuing education and we recognize the importance of staying on top of the changes impacting the real estate business and the opportunities available for buyers and sellers. Michelle and David both have our “Masters” in Real Estate through the additional training and certification that we have received by becoming Certified Residential Specialists. This designation has particular significance because it is held by less than 3% of Realtors in the United States.
About David Gray:
After a successful, 30 year career in the department store industry, the next career became real estate. I have been practicing real estate for twenty years and I have been living in Burlington, Vermont since 1985. Not a 'Vermonter' but working on it. The vitality of Burlington, Vermont and Chittenden County Vermont is difficult to beat. Lake Champlain, a spectacular body of water on which I have enjoyed sailing my boat and the many golf courses on which I've knocked a few balls around, are all natural treasures. The real estate business is fabulous because of the people I have the opportunity to meet and get to know.
It is the people element in real estate that makes it such a rewarding and exciting business. As a Realtor, I get to know the people that I work with on both an intellectual and emotional level and it is a tremendous gift. Over the years, I have developed so many friendships that have lasted long after the real estate transaction is completed. Several clients have bought and sold and moved away from Vermont and our great friendships have remained.
My strength in being a Realtor is in part due to my honesty and integrity. I consider myself honest to a fault and will always work overtime to ensure that my clients are getting the right house, under the right circumstances to meet their needs.
About Stacey Lax:
Stacey brings over 30 years of customer service experience including marketing, account management, hospitality, and sales to her new role as a REALTOR. Beginning her professional career as an elementary educator, she later transitioned into sales and marketing-enjoying a successful career with Vermont companies including Redstone, Fat Cat, Autumn Harp, and New England Culinary Institute. No matter what hat Stacey wears, she strives to provide the ultimate customer experience. It is the commitment that will be invaluable to her clients.
